1. 根據(jù)需要的轉(zhuǎn)矩值，選擇相應(yīng)的已通過(guò)校準(zhǔn)的轉(zhuǎn)矩扳手，不允許使用未通過(guò)校準(zhǔn)的轉(zhuǎn)矩扳手;

1. Select the corresponding calibrated torque wrench according to the required torque value, and it is not allowed to use the torque wrench that fails to pass the calibration;

2. 扳手應(yīng)該以平衡而緩慢的力量擰動(dòng)，而不是急劇的擰動(dòng)。用手握住固定力矩扳手手柄的中點(diǎn)，將手柄垂直于扳手線方向拉動(dòng)，直達(dá)到要求的力矩。

2. The wrench should be screwed with a balanced and slow force rather than a sharp one. Hold the midpoint of the handle of the fixed torque wrench by hand and pull the handle perpendicular to the wrench line until the required torque is reached.

3.不得施加大于固定扭矩扳手額定扭矩的扭矩。不要用固定扭矩扳手拆卸螺栓或螺母。

4、使用固定力矩扳手?jǐn)Q緊螺栓時(shí)，不應(yīng)使用轉(zhuǎn)接頭，不得使用，必須符合下列要求:轉(zhuǎn)接頭有多種不同形狀，可以合理選用;為減小擰緊力矩誤差，適配器長(zhǎng)度應(yīng)小于固定力矩扳手長(zhǎng)度;當(dāng)連接適配器時(shí)，其線路應(yīng)與扳手線在一條直線上。如果需要，可以使用帶有偏移軸的適配器，但角度不應(yīng)超過(guò)15°。

4. When using the fixed torque wrench to tighten the bolt, the adapter shall not be used and must meet the following requirements: the adapter has a variety of different shapes and can be reasonably selected; In order to reduce the error of tightening torque, the length of adapter shall be less than the length of fixed torque wrench; When connecting the adapter, its line should be in line with the wrench line. If necessary, an adapter with an offset shaft can be used, but the angle should not exceed 15 °.

5. 固定力矩扳手不得作為普通扳手使用，如用于松開(kāi)螺母、螺栓等;

7. 不要使用鍍鉻固定力矩扳手和轉(zhuǎn)移扳手來(lái)接觸鈦和合金螺栓或產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu);
