1. Choose the appropriate range of torque wrench

預置式扭力扳手的使用中，要根據(jù)測量工件的要求，選取適中量程扭力扳手，所測扭力值不可小于扭力器在使用中量程的百分之二十，太大的量程不宜用于小扭力部品的加固，小量程的扭力器更不可以超量程使用；

2、根據(jù)工件所需扭矩值要求，確定預設扭矩值。

預設扭矩值時，將扳手手柄上的鎖定環(huán)下拉，同時轉(zhuǎn)動手柄，調(diào)節(jié)標尺主刻度線和微分刻度線數(shù)值所需扭矩值。調(diào)節(jié)好后，松開鎖定環(huán)，手柄自動鎖定。

用扭力扳手時，先將扳手方榫連接好輔助配件(如套筒，各類批嘴)，確保連接已經(jīng)沒問題。在加固扭力之前，設定好需要加固的力值，并鎖好緊鎖裝置，調(diào)整好方向轉(zhuǎn)換鈕到加力的方向，然后在使用時先快速連續(xù)操作5-6次，使扳手內(nèi)部組件上特殊潤滑劑能充分潤滑，使扭力扳手更精確，持久使用。

4、扭力扳手加力方法

在扳手方榫上裝上相應規(guī)格套筒，并套住緊固件，再在手柄上緩慢用力。施加外力時必須按標明的箭頭方向。

手要把握住把手的有效范圍，沿垂直于扭力扳手殼體方向，慢慢地加力，直聽到扭力扳手發(fā)出“塔”的聲音，當擰緊到發(fā)出信號“卡嗒”（click）的一聲（已達到預設扭矩值），停止加力。一次作業(yè)完畢。

Hold the effective range of the handle, and slowly apply force along the direction perpendicular to the torque wrench housing until the sound of "tower" is heard from the torque wrench. When the signal "click" (reached the preset torque value), stop applying force. One operation is finished.

此時扭力扳手已到達預置扭力值，工件已加力完畢，然后應及時解除作用力，以免損壞另部件。

在施力過程中，按照標準儀器操作規(guī)范，其垂直度偏差左右不應超過10度。其水平方向上下偏差不應超過3度，操作人員在使用過程中應保證其上下左右施力范圍均不超過15度。

5、大規(guī)格扭矩扳手使用時，可外加接長套桿以便操作省力。

6、使測量結(jié)果因水平和垂直方向上的偏差而產(chǎn)生影響，在測量時，應在加力把持端上施加一個垂直向下的穩(wěn)定力值， 然后再加點力，這樣使用值更精準。

7、扳手是測量工具，應輕拿輕放，不能代替榔頭敲打，不用時請注意將扭力設為更小值，存放在干燥處。扭力范圍較廣，在加固扭力時，相對來講比較簡單，只需要設定其要求扭力值便可進行操作。
