1、用戶可在50-3500N.m的范圍內任意選擇相應規(guī)格的電動定扭力扳手。

2、控制儀面板上有“扭矩調解旋鈕”。刻有0-10個刻度值。細調旋鈕的作用是在粗調兩檔之間進行調節(jié)補償，以提高扭矩控制精度。（見后頁）

3、調節(jié)方法：國產品出廠時帶有扭矩測試數(shù)據(jù)卡片，供用戶標定時參考，用戶可根據(jù)所需扭矩選擇某一刻度值，按擰緊螺栓的操作方法，擰緊螺栓，用測力扳手或其它測力儀器測出螺栓的實際扭矩值，若扭矩相差較小，可用細調加以補償，若相差較大，可將粗調向上或向下調一檔，反復幾次即可獲得所需扭矩值。

3. Adjustment method: domestic products are provided with torque test data card when they leave the factory for reference when users calibrate. Users can select a certain scale value according to the required torque, tighten the bolts according to the operation method of tightening bolts, and measure the actual torque value of bolts with force measuring wrench or other force measuring instruments. If the torque difference is small, fine adjustment can be used to compensate; if the difference is large, coarse adjustment can be made Up or down one gear, repeated several times can obtain the required torque value.

操作注意事項：

Operation precautions:

1、螺栓直徑的大小對控制精度有一定的影響，施工中應用相同型號的螺栓連接付來標定扭矩值，而且使用一段時間后還應進行檢驗校定。

1. The size of the bolt diameter has a certain impact on the control accuracy. In construction, the same type of bolt connection pair is used to calibrate the torque value, and the inspection and calibration should be carried out after a period of use.

2、工作前應開機空轉3-5分鐘。操作中如發(fā)現(xiàn)電機火花大，聲音異常，扭矩不穩(wěn)定時，應立即停機檢查，切勿帶病工作。

2. Start the machine for 3-5 minutes before operation. In case of large spark, abnormal sound and unstable torque of the motor during operation, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and do not work with diseases.

3、定期清洗和更換油脂，一般在工作5000次后，應進行一次清洗加油，以延長使用壽命。

4、主機上的電源開關，碳刷，控制儀上的保險絲等均屬易損件，容易引起故障，應經(jīng)常檢查，及時更換。

5、使用中如發(fā)現(xiàn)工具上的螺釘松動，應及時緊固。

6、搬運工具時不可提拉電纜線，并注意輕拿輕放，防止震動和摔碰。不用時應放在通風干燥處。如發(fā)現(xiàn)受潮應及時進行干燥處理。不可與酸、堿等有害物質氣體接觸或存放在一起。
